Kellie Swanson x Carhartt

my role on this project: Creative Director

To celebrate the coming of spring, we collaborated with cyanotype artist, Kellie Swanson of KSX Art out of Bozeman, Montana. Before going viral creating one-of-a-kind pieces of wearable art, Kellie worked in landscaping. As she mowed and tended lawns, she saw how the light danced as the wind moved through grass. She collected leaves and flowers, the very inspiration she would soon craft with.

Kellie made the seamless transition from landscaping in Carhartt to putting landscapes on Carhartt.
